ā¢ š° Asian Granito's Administrative Committee approved additional capital contribution of NPR 3.48 crore (up to ā¹2.20 crore) in Nepal-based associate Nepovit Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. (NCPL) ā¢ šļø Funds will be used to meet project costs and working capital requirements to commence business operations ā¢ š NCPL operates in the ceramic industry and is incorporated in Nepal ā¢ š Asian Granito currently holds 25% stake in NCPL and will continue to hold the same post investment ā¢ šµ Investment will be made through cash infusion at NPR 100 per share ā¢ šÆ Management expects the transaction to have a positive strategic impact on consolidated operations š¢ Impact: Positive (Supports expansion in the Nepal market and helps operationalize the ceramic venture, strengthening regional growth prospects)
