• 🔄 Board has approved the cessation of Dr. Venkataraman Srinivas as Executive Director & CEO • 📅 Resignation will be effective from the close of 30 June 2026 • 🏢 He is stepping down due to his transition to a new role within the Mahindra Group • 📌 Consequently, he will also cease to be a Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) • 🤝 In his resignation letter, he thanked the Board and management for their support during his tenure 🟡 Impact: Neutral (Leadership change is due to an internal Mahindra Group transition and not linked to operational or business performance concerns.)
