UNIVASTU INDIA : JV WINS ALIGARH PPP LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECT 🏗️🏙️
• 🤝 Joint Venture between Bootes Infrastructure Ltd and Univastu India Ltd received a Letter of Award from Aligarh Development Authority (ADA), Uttar Pradesh • 📍 Project involves development of prime ADA land near Soot Mill Circle, Baroula Jafrabad, Aligarh • 📐 Total land area is approximately 25,091 sq. mtrs. • 🏗️ Project to be executed under a PPP model through a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) on a revenue-sharing basis • 💰 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will pay a Minimum Guaranteed Revenue (MGR) of ₹90 Cr to ADA • 🏦 SPV will furnish a Performance Bank Guarantee of ₹5 Cr • ⏳ Project concession period is 96 months, including construction, sales, operations and maintenance • 📊 Univastu India holds a 49% stake in the JV consortium 🟢 Impact: Positive (Entry into a large PPP land development project improves project visibility, strengthens real estate development portfolio and offers long-term revenue potential.)
