• 🏦 Board committee approved enhancement of corporate guarantee in favour of CSB Bank • 📈 Guarantee amount increased from ₹35.50 Cr to ₹60 Cr • 🏭 Funds will support credit facilities availed/to be availed by Optiemus Electronics Ltd (OEL), a wholly-owned subsidiary • 🔒 Total credit facilities secured under the guarantee stand at ₹60 Cr • 🤝 Transaction is on an arm's length basis and promoters have no interest in it • 📋 Corporate guarantee will be treated as a contingent liability for Optiemus Infracom 🟢 Impact: Positive (Enhanced funding support for Optiemus Electronics can aid capacity expansion, manufacturing growth and business scaling.)
