• 🏦 ICRA has downgraded Archies' ₹24.10 Cr bank facilities rating to [ICRA]B+ (Stable) from [ICRA]BB- (Stable) • 💰 ₹23.10 Cr cash credit facilities and ₹1 Cr non-fund based facilities have been downgraded • 🏛️ Facilities are from Kotak Mahindra Bank (₹12.6 Cr) and ICICI Bank (₹11.5 Cr including non-fund based limits) • 📅 Rating action was taken following review of Q4 FY26 and FY26 performance 🔴 Impact: Negative (Credit rating downgrade indicates higher perceived credit risk and may impact future borrowing costs and financing flexibility.)
