Z-TECH SECURES ₹17.41 CR AYODHYA PROJECT 🏗️♻️
• 🏛️ Z-Tech (India) secured a contract from Nagar Nigam Ayodhya for development of “Luv-Kush Park on Waste to Wonder” under the Smart City Mission • 💰 Total estimated project cost stands at ₹17.41 Cr, including GST • 🔄 Project to be executed under a Revenue Sharing Fee Model with O&M responsibility for 20 years • 🏗️ 90% of project cost will be funded by Nagar Nigam Ayodhya, while Z-Tech will contribute the remaining 10% • ♻️ Park will transform scrap and discarded materials into artistic installations based on Ramayana themes • 🎡 Development will include Ramayana Story Zone, Luv-Kush Story Zone, Archery Arena, Horse Ride Area, Valmiki Training Course and other attractions • 📚 Project will also promote environmental awareness, recycling and sustainable waste management practices 🟢 Impact: Positive (Strengthens Z-Tech's environmental infrastructure portfolio, provides long-term O&M revenue visibility and enhances its presence in sustainable urban development projects.)
