DR LAL PATHLABS: INCORPORATES WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY IN DUBAI
On June 12, 2026, Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited informed exchanges about the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, DR LAL PATHLABS FZCO, in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company received its Certificate of Incorporation/Licence from the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC). This subsidiary is intended to strategically invest in Diagnostics and allied activities, including exploring potential acquisitions, tie-ups, or joint ventures. The total investment in the subsidiary's share capital amounts to AED 1,91,35,000. Dr. Lal PathLabs Limited holds 100% shareholding in the newly incorporated entity.
