SASKEN APPOINTS MR. V. SURYANARAYANAN AS ADDITIONAL INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

On the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. V. Suryanarayanan (DIN: 05187922) as an Additional Director (Independent Category). His appointment is effective June 12, 2026, for a term of up to five consecutive years. Mr. Suryanarayanan is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in finance leadership roles across manufacturing and IT sectors. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer of Mphasis Ltd. He is not related to any Director on the Board and is not debarred by SEBI from holding office.
