ZAGGLE ACQUIRES 100% STAKE IN RIVPE TECHNOLOGY
Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has acquired 16,407 Compulsory Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) of Rivpe Technology Private Limited, representing a 100% stake in CCPS. The acquisition was completed on June 11, 2026. This transaction gives Zaggle a 100% stake across both Equity and CCPS in Rivpe Technology. Previous intimations regarding this acquisition were made on July 29, 2025, December 04, 2025, and March 31, 2026.
