ATHER ENERGY BOARD APPROVES FUNDRAISE UP TO RS 2,500 CR

Board of Directors at meeting held June 12, 2026, approved proposed fundraising. • Fundraise via issuance of securities up to INR 2,500 Cr. • Up to INR 1,500 Cr via qualified institutions placement of equity shares. • Up to INR 1,000 Cr via preferential issue, rights issue, or other permissible modes for equity shares and/or FCCBs. • Board constituted a Fund Raise Committee for this purpose. • A postal ballot notice will be issued for seeking member approval for the qualified institutions placement.
