ASHOKA BUILDCON : RECEIVES RS 112.40 CR LOA FOR GEMS & JEWELLERY PARK

• Ashoka Buildcon, as lead member with 51% stake, received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for development of a Gems & Jewellery Park in Raipur, Chhattisgarh under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode. • The accepted premium amount for the project is Rs. 112.40 Crore. • The project involves development on a land area of 38,922 Sq. mtrs. • The lease period for the project is 30 years, extendable up to 90 years, with a construction period of 5 years. • A lease rent of 2% of Rs. 112.40 Crore will be paid, with a 10% escalation every 4th year.
