• Board approved issuance of 77,02,182 warrants convertible into equity shares of ₹2 face value each, on a preferential basis. • Warrants to be issued to promoter and promoter group members: Dr. Abhinay Bollineni, Mr. Adwik Bollineni, and Bharas Ventures LLP. • Total consideration for warrants aggregating ₹599.99 Cr, at an issue price of ₹779.00 per warrant. • Warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months from allotment. • An EGM will be convened on July 09, 2026, for seeking shareholder approval.
