HGINFRA : RECEIVES LETTER OF INTENT FROM REC POWER

• H.G. Infra Engineering Limited received Letter of Intent (LOI) on June 13, 2026. • The LOI is from REC Power Development and Consultancy Limited. • The LOI is for establishing an Inter-State Transmission system. • The project is for "WR-ER Inter - Regional Network Expansion Scheme – Part C". • The project will be through a tariff-based competitive bidding process in Jharkhand. • Details required under SEBI regulations were provided on May 27, 2026.
