• Copies of newspaper advertisements published on 13th June 2026 in Business Standard and Sakal informing about Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) on Dividend pertaining to FY 2025-2026 have been enclosed. • This information is also uploaded on the company's website. • Shareholders are informed that only Form 121 will be accepted for TDS computation for FY ended 31st March 2026. • Forms 15G and 15H will not be accepted for TDS calculation for FY ended 31st March 2026. • Shareholders are requested to submit Form 121 on or before 26th June 2026 to avail TDS non-deduction benefit. • Shareholders who submitted 15G/15H are requested to submit Form 121 to enable TDS computation. • Queries can be addressed to einward.ris@kfintech.com.
