• The company has fixed Thursday, 18th June, 2026, as the record date. • This is for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. • The Board of Directors had recommended a final dividend of ₹0.90 per equity share. • The dividend is subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. • The dividend, if approved, will be paid within the statutory timeline as prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013. • The company is regulated under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
