• Ms. Ramya Ravi has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective 13th June 2026. • Ms. Ravi holds a B.com in corporate secretary ship and completed her Company Secretary professional course in 2008. • She has prior experience in independent practice consultancy and served in various secretarial roles for companies. • The appointment is in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. • The Board Meeting where the appointment was approved commenced at 4:45 PM IST and concluded at 06:10 PM IST on 13th June 2026.
