• Mr. Vikas Puri has stepped down as Chief Operating Officer – Automotive Business and Head of the Automotive Business Group. • Mr. Puri will continue to be a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. • The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Puri's contributions. • Mr. Som Prakash Kamboj has been appointed as interim Head of the Automotive Business Group. • Mr. Kamboj's designation will be Deputy Chief Operating Officer (Dy. COO). • The changes are effective from 13th June, 2026. Impact: Neutral (Personnel change at leadership level with interim appointment)
