Ltd. has been incorporated successfully in Singapore on June 15, 2026. • This follows the proposed incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company under the laws of Singapore, as intimated earlier on April 27, 2026. • The entity will be engaged in providing Co-location and Cloud services, including artificial intelligence (AI) services. • The initial subscription will comprise 1,000 shares of SGD 1 each, amounting to a total share capital of SGD 1,000. • 100% shareholding/control will be held by Anant Raj Limited.
