CONCORD ENVIRO : WINS RS 16 CR ORDER

• The order has been secured by Rochem Separation Systems (India) Private Limited, a material wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. • The order is for the installation of Wastewater Treatment and ZLD systems at the Cold Rolling Complex of a major steel manufacturer. • The order is to be executed over 12 months. • The said order is expected to strengthen the Company's consolidated order book and contribute positively to its revenue visibility. • The promoter, promoter group and group companies have no interest in the entity awarding the order. • The transaction is not within the ambit of related party transactions.
