• The company has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary named "Airtel Global IFSC Limited". • The subsidiary was incorporated in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat, India, on June 15, 2026. • Initial authorized and paid-up share capital is ₹2 Cr. • The subsidiary is incorporated as a Finance Company to undertake the activity of Global Corporate Treasury Centre and other permissible activities. • The subsidiary is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharti Airtel Limited.
