• Ceigall Malout Abohar Sadhuwali Highways Private Limited (CMASH) sold to Neo Infra Income Opportunities Fund. • Transaction value is Rs. 826.89 Million (2.10% of consolidated turnover) with net worth of Rs. 1361.14 Million (6.30% of consolidated net worth). • Total consideration received is Rs. 182.20 crores. • The buyer does not belong to the promoter/promoter group/group companies. • The transaction is not a Related Party Transaction.
