TEAMLEASE : FIXES RECORD DATE FOR BUYBACK

• The company has fixed Friday, July 03, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement of shareholders for the proposed buyback. • The buyback is for up to 14,87,500 equity shares of face value ₹10 each at a price of ₹1,600 per share. • The buyback will be undertaken on a proportionate basis through the tender offer process. • The process of availing shareholders' approval via Postal Ballot mode is currently in progress. • The remote e-voting period is open from Saturday, May 30, 2026, to Sunday, June 28, 2026. • The Board of Directors approved the buyback proposal on May 20, 2026.
