• Committee of Directors approved allotment of 8,15,40,595 equity shares at ₹10/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:3. • Paid-up equity share capital increased from ₹244.62 Cr to ₹326.16 Cr. • Approved issuance of 10,527 additional options under Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan 2017 at a revised issue price of ₹125. • Approved issuance of 2,03,496 additional options under Brigade Employee Stock Option Plan at a revised issue price of ₹296.25. • The Committee of Directors meeting was held on June 18, 2026.
