IIRM HOLDINGS INDIA LIMITED : PROPOSAL FOR DUAL LISTING OF EQUITY SHARES ON NSE

• Board of Directors approved proposal for application to National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) for dual listing of equity shares on Main Board. • Proposed listing on NSE will be under dual listing process of existing equity shares currently listed at BSE Limited and The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (inactive). • No public offer or further issuance of new capital/shares, intended to provide enhanced access and liquidity to investors. • Listing remains subject to receipt of necessary regulatory approvals and permissions from NSE and other applicable regulatory authorities. • Company will initiate the application process in due course and provide further updates on material developments.
