GODREJ INDUSTRIES : APPROVES KEY INFORMATION DOCUMENT FOR DEBENTURE ISSUE WORTH RS 10,000 CR

• The company has approved the Key Information Document (KID) for issuance of up to 1,00,000 Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures. • The debentures will be of face value ₹1,00,000/- each, aggregating up to ₹1,000 Crore (₹10,000 L). • This includes 50,000 debentures of Series 1, aggregating to ₹5,000 Crore. • And 50,000 debentures of Series 2, also aggregating to ₹5,000 Crore. • The issuance is on a private placement basis.
