• Lloyds Engineering Works Limited (LEWL) to acquire Steel Infra Solutions Company Limited (SISCOL) for ~₹1,073 Cr. • Acquisition strengthens LEWL's position in infrastructure, industrial and building projects. • Transaction involves cash and equity components, with LEWL contributing over 50% of the consideration. • SISCOL reported revenue of ~₹817 Cr and PAT of ~₹44 Cr in FY26. • LEWL to acquire 88.12% of SISCOL's total outstanding equity share capital. • The combined entity aims for over ₹10,000 Cr annual revenue by FY29/30.
