LLOYDS ENTERPRISES : ACQUIRES 88.12% STAKE IN STEEL INFRA SOLUTIONS FOR RS 1,073.40 CR
• Acquisition includes 3,57,80,117 equity shares of Steel Infra Solutions Company Limited (SISCOL) • Lloyds Enterprises to acquire 17.98% stake for ₹219 Cr cash • Lloyds Engineering Works Limited to acquire 52.16% stake via cash and share swap for ₹635.40 Cr • Streamland Estate LLP to acquire 17.98% stake for ₹219 Cr cash • SISCOL is engaged in heavy steel fabrication and infrastructure solutions • SISCOL reported turnover of ₹816.87 Cr and net profit of ₹43.42 Cr for April 2025-March 2026 • The acquisition is expected to provide strategic and long-term value creation benefits • LEWL will endeavor to file Draft Red Herring Prospectus for SISCOL's listing within 30 months post completion
