DHAMPUR BIO ORGANICS : COMPLETES SLUMP SALE OF MEERGANJ UNIT FOR RS 305 CR
• Slump sale of the Meerganj Unit (sugar factory at Meerganj, Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh) to Forever Global Enterprises Limited has been completed. • The transaction was executed on slump sale basis as per the Business Transfer Agreement signed on April 20, 2026. • The purchase consideration received is Rs. 305 Crores (Rupees Three Hundred and Five Crores only). • Conveyance deed in connection with the Meerganj Unit has also been executed and registered. • This disclosure is in continuation to the outcome of the Board Meeting dated April 20, 2026.
