• Signed subcontract agreement with KMC Constructions Limited for Signaling and Telecommunication works. • The works are for Doubling of Track between Akanapet Jn. & Medchal Stations in South Central Railway, Telangana. • Requisite approval from South Central Railway was received on 17th June, 2026. • The value of the subcontract order is ₹95,51,14,237 (approx. ₹95.51 Cr). • Cumulative value of pending orders received stands at ₹165 Cr. • The order is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
