• Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited will sell 1,963,994 Equity Shares (7.22% of total issued capital) on June 18 and up to an additional 202,634 Equity Shares (0.75%) on June 19. • The oversubscription option exercise brings the total Offer Size to 2,166,628 Equity Shares, representing 7.97% of the total issued and paid-up equity share capital. • The offer is by one of the promoter, Bosch Home Comfort India Limited. • The base offer size was for non-retail investors on June 18, and on June 19 for retail investors and non-retail investors carrying forward bids.
