AFFLE : ALLOTS 74,00,000 WARRANTS UNDER PREFERENTIAL ISSUE

• The company approved the allotment of 74,00,000 convertible warrants of face value ₹2/- each at a price of ₹1487/- per warrant. • The allotment is to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd. (Promoter). • The total issue price per warrant includes a premium of ₹1485/-. • 25% of the warrant issue price has been received as subscription price. • The warrants are convertible into equity shares of face value ₹2/- each. • The tenure of the warrants shall not exceed 18 months from the date of allotment. • Equity shares will be allotted on receipt of the balance 75% of the warrant issue price.
