MSP STEEL & POWER LTD : EXECUTION OF POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT

• Execution of Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with M/s Elevate Solar Energy Private Limited. • PPA for procurement of solar power facility of 10MWp (DC) electricity per annum at a tariff rate of Rs 3.17 per unit. • Agreement term is 25 years from the execution date. • Agreement executed under Group Captive Open Access Permissions mechanism. • The Company is stated to acquire 26% shareholding in Elevate Solar Energy Private Limited. • Generator is developing a solar power facility with an installed capacity of 70 MWP (DC) / 50 MW (AC). • Agreement details include term, commissioning date, tariff, billing, obligations, force majeure, default, dispute resolution, and representations. • The said transaction does not fall within related parties' transaction.
