ORIENT CERATECH LIMITED : APPROVES SALE OF WINDMILLS FOR RS 15.25 CR (POWER DIVISION)
• Board of Directors approved the sale of Windmills (Power Division). • Following completion, the Power Division will no longer be part of Company's operations. • No further segment reporting pertaining to this division will be presented. • Sale consideration is Rs 15,25,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen Crore Twenty Five Lacs). • Buyer is Greenwin Energy Thirteen LLP. • The transaction does not fall within related party transactions. • Sale of land is outside the Scheme of Arrangement.
