• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the appointment of Mr. Atul Jaiswal and Mr. Jitesh Kothari as Directors on the Board of Ansu Trade & Fiscals Private Limited, a material subsidiary. • Their appointment is approved up to June 01, 2031, subject to compliance with stipulated conditions and applicable laws. • This intimation is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
