LEMON TREE HOTELS SIGNS TWO NEW RESORTS IN TADGAON AND IGATPURI
Adds 200 keys to its pipeline and strengthening its network to 32 properties across the State • Lemon Tree Hotels has signed two new License Agreements for properties in Maharashtra: Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon and Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri. • Both properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary. • Lemon Tree Resort, Tadgaon will feature 110 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center. • Lemon Tree Resort, Igatpuri will feature 90 rooms, a restaurant, banquet hall, meeting/conference room, swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center. • The additions bring the Company's total to 32 properties in Maharashtra, with 15 operational and 17 in pipeline.
