BLOOM DEKOR LTD : NCLT AHMEDABAD APPROVES RESOLUTION PLAN

• The Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Ahmedabad Bench, has approved the Resolution Plan submitted by Dr. Sunil Gupta, Mr. Karan Singh Wilkhoo, and persons acting in concert. • The approval was granted under Section 31(1) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. • The Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) was initiated on October 11, 2023. • The Resolution Plan was approved by the Committee of Creditors with a 100% voting share. • The approved plan is binding on the Company, its employees, members, creditors, government, and all other stakeholders. • Further disclosures regarding the implementation of the plan will be made upon receipt of certified order copy.
