CMS INFO SYSTEMS : ALLOTS 3,65,000 EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP PLANS

• The company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 3,65,000 equity shares of face value ₹10/- • The shares are allotted to eligible employees who exercised their vested ESOP rights under two plans: CMS Employees Stock Option Plan 2016 (65,000 shares) and CMS Employees Stock Option Plan 2023 (3,00,000 shares) • The allotted shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares • Post allotment and considering a recent buyback, the paid-up equity share capital has increased to ₹1,60,06,34,150 comprising 16,00,63,415 equity shares
