ASTER DM HEALTHCARE : NCLT APPROVES AMALGAMATION SCHEME

• Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation between Quality Care India Limited and Aster DM Healthcare Limited. • The approval was granted under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. • The Scheme will become effective upon filing the certified copy of the order with the Registrar of Companies. • Upon effectiveness, Quality Care India Limited will be dissolved without winding up. • Aster DM Healthcare will intimate the Effective Date to the stock exchanges in due course.
