• Company converted 1,04,24,811 warrants into equal number of equity shares. • Allotment at issue price of ₹191.85/- per share (₹189.85/- premium). • Amount received aggregated to ₹149,99,99,992/- (75% of issue price). • Mr. Vinit Dharamshibhai Bediya is the allottee, holding 10.25% post-allotment. • Total equity shares increased to 10,17,27,012, with face value of ₹2/- each.
