• AeroStructures Manufacturing India Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiary) has been allotted shares by Aequs Aerospace France SAS (step-down subsidiary) • Investment of Euro Three Million only (approx. Indian Rupees 33.02/- Crores only) • Transaction is between the holding company and step-down wholly owned subsidiary, thus not a related party transaction under Regulation 23(5) • Aequs Aerospace France SAS is engaged in industrial engineering and manufacturing of mechanical parts for civil and military aeronautics • The company holds 100% stake in Aequs Aerospace France SAS through other wholly owned subsidiaries
