• JSW (South) Rail Logistics Pvt Ltd. awarded a Letter of Intent (LOI) for Manufacture and Supply of BFNSM1 Rakes along with BVCM Wagons. • Order value is Rs. 253.28 crores (including taxes). • The contract is to be executed within 13.5 months from the effective or date of commencement of works. • The entity awarding the order is domestic. • Neither the promoter group nor group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order. • The order(s)/contract(s) would not fall within related party transactions.
