GARDEN REACH SHIPBUILDERS & ENGINEERS LTD : GRSE GRANTED NAVRATNA STATUS

• Department of Public Enterprises, Ministry of Finance, Government of India approved 'Navratna' Status for GRSE. • The approval was conveyed via Office Memorandum PD-26/0003/2025-PD-(14508) dated 19 Jun 2026. • This status reflects GRSE's robust financial performance and operational efficiency. • Navratna status will allow GRSE to make larger investments and expand operations. • GRSE's Revenue from Operations grew from ₹1,754 crore in FY 2021-22 to ₹7,002 crore in FY 2025-26 (nearly 300% increase). • Profit After Tax (PAT) rose from ₹190 crore to ₹748 crore during the same period (nearly 294% growth). • The company also delivered eight warships during the year, including three on March 30, 2026.
