CENTURY ENKA : EXECUTION OF POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT
• Century Enka Limited has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with ABREL Century Energy Limited ("ABRELCEL"), a Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV"). • The PPA is for setting up a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant for procurement of power under the captive consumption mechanism. • The project will be operated by the Power Producer, and the power generated will be supplied exclusively to one of the Company's facilities located at Bhosari, Pune, Maharashtra. • The scheduled commissioning date is June 30, 2026, with a grace period of three months. • The agreement falls within related party transactions and is conducted at arm's length. • The details are enclosed as Annexure-A and will be available on the company's website www.centuryenka.com.
