• Odisha Power Transmission Corporation Limited awarded 2 orders to Texmaco Rail & Engineering. • The orders are for Engineering, Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning works for construction of 2nd Circuit SC line on DC tower on Turnkey Contract basis. • The total value of the orders is ₹11.65 crores (including taxes). • The orders are to be executed within 12 months from the date of the Letter of Award. • The promoter/promoter group companies do not have any interest in the entity that awarded the orders. • The orders do not fall within related party transactions.
