• The company has entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with ABREL Century Energy Limited for a 9.9 MW wind-solar hybrid power plant. • The power will be procured under a captive consumption mechanism. • The scheduled commissioning date was corrected to June 30, 2027, from the previously stated June 30, 2026. • The project will be operated by the Power Producer, ABREL Century Energy Limited. • The transaction falls within related party transactions and is done at arm's length.
