• Zota Health Care Limited acquired 10,00,000 equity shares of Curexis Ventures Private Limited • Acquisition was made through subscription to a right issue at ₹20.00 per share (including ₹10.00 premium) • Total cost of acquisition amounted to ₹2,00,00,000.00 (~₹20 Cr) • Curexis Ventures, a wholly-owned subsidiary, is engaged in drug manufacturing and retail pharmacy stores under the brand "SKIA" • The transaction is at arm's length and not a related party transaction • Curexis reported a turnover of ₹1.18 Lakhs in FY 2025-26
