• The company has received a Work Order from GHV (India) Private Limited. • The order is for composite work including civil, electrical, mechanical, and signal & telecom. • Scope includes upgradation of maintenance infrastructure, next-gen freight maintenance facilities, and construction of a loco shed in West Bengal. • The order is valued at approximately ₹213 Crore (Rupees Two Hundred and Thirteen Crore) including GST. • The work is to be completed within 14 months from the date of commencement. • The transaction is considered at arm's length.
