• Acquisition of 100% equity stake in Gactel Turnkey Projects Limited from Ajanma Holdings Private Limited. • Deal value up to ₹10 Cr, subject to final valuation and definitive agreements. • Gactel Turnkey Projects Limited, incorporated in 1995, is a specialized industrial cooling solutions company. • Acquisition aims to strengthen cooling tower engineering capabilities and expand EPC capabilities. • Mr. Raman Rajagopalan resigns as Deputy Managing Director, effective July 31, 2026, due to personal commitments.
