HOCL : PLANT SHUTDOWN ANNOUNCED

• Hindustan Organic Chemicals Limited (HOCL) has initiated a temporary shutdown of its Phenol plant at Kochi, Kerala. • The Hydrogen Peroxide Plant is also currently under temporary shutdown. • The shutdown is due to product market constraints. • Reopening of the plants will be communicated separately. • Submitted for the information of BSE.
