• Sattrix Information Security Limited has secured an order from one of the leading Information Technology Hardware, Electronics Manufacturing and Solutions company in India. • The order is for implementation of a Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) compliance solution. • The total consideration under the Purchase Order is approximately ₹13.00 Lakhs. • The contract is milestone-based and includes project initiation, completion and sign-off of Phase 1, Phase 2 and Phase 3 deliverables, followed by final sign-off, project closure and handover. • The execution of the project is subject to completion and acceptance of the agreed deliverables at various stages. • The order is for approximately 11 months. • The transaction is not a related party transaction and is done at arm's length.
